FAQ

1. How long does the health screening take?

The health screening process, including medical consultation, takes approximately 1-2 hours.

2. When will I receive my medical results?

Results will be available within 3 working days. Our doctor will review your reports with you during your follow-up consultation.

3. Can I eat or drink before my health screening?

Please fast for at least 8 hours before your check-up. Only plain water is allowed during the fasting period.

4. Can I take my medication before the check-up?

If you are on high blood pressure medication, you may take it during the fasting period. For other medications, kindly consult your doctor before postponing.

5. When should I schedule my Pap smear?

Schedule your Pap smear 7 days after the last day of your menstruation. Avoid sexual intercourse, douching, or using vaginal creams/medications for at least 24 hours before the test.

6. Can I do a health screening if I’m menstruating?

It is recommended to schedule your check-up at least 1 week after your last day of menstruation for accurate test results.
